Feedback from Schools

Meadow Park School

A pupil referral unit situated in the borough of Knowsley on Merseyside.

I was initially sceptical about the approach and could not see how the young people in our school would engage with it. In fact you offer a high quality robust early intervention and you meet the needs of young people in the ‘crisis gap’ (young people with complex needs who do not meet CAMHs thresholds).

St Edmund Arrowsmith

It is clear that as a service you are skilled in supporting young people and families.

Thank you for all your support this year. My colleague Amanda Downing is in charge of the Personal Development curriculum and will be thrilled to support your offers.

All Saints High School

The wrap around care provided between the face-to-face and online offer is brilliant (out of school hours and support over the summer break). The referral process is effective and easy to use. It is great to have a timely response from a real person.

One of our students in Post 16 has really improved since starting ZunTold Bibliotherapy Counselling. I would like to say a big thank you for all of the support and help that the counsellor has shown. This year they have come back into post 16 with a better, more positive mindset.

Pupils are just responding so well to the ZunTold programme — it’s incredible to see it having such a knock-on effect and pupils now actively requesting referrals!

Ged Pritchard — Pupil Welfare Manager

It has been absolutely fantastic to be able to work with you again this year and I hope you know the difference you’ve made to us and our pupils.

Vicky Rhead — Assistant Headteacher, SENCo & Attendance Lead

I don’t know if I mentioned it but I lead on PSHE. Last week’s focus was around loss and grief. As part of the lesson we discussed where young people can get support and we had so many identify ZunTold. Even pupils who aren’t currently accessing the programme are aware of the support available and that they can also go online — it’s been eye opening (and absolutely wonderful!).

Anna Mason — Lead Teacher PD/PSHE & RSE, Senior Mental Health Lead

I wanted to thank you for all the work you've put into supporting our young people this year. You have brought peace and clarity to so many of them and their lives are that bit better because of you.
