Our team are counsellors, bibliotherapists and therapeutic practitioners who work with creative writing. Some of us are teachers and authors too. We all believe in the therapeutic power of creative writing. You don’t have to be good at spelling, reading or writing to get benefit from this. If you want support with your reading and writing, we can help with that too. We can recommend books for you to read to support you and to inspire you.
Through our fiction as therapy programme you can talk about what is going on in your life and write about it. We will work with you to help you understand yourself better and help you make any changes you want to make and sort through any feelings or worries you might be having. We do this through therapy writing templates, story -telling, poetry and reading.
You can message your worker whenever you want to and send your writing to them. You can talk to your allocated practitioner in booked chat sessions, by messaging or video. In the near future we will be running group sessions too.
